Shropshire Spic e Traditional Mulled Wine is a fine blend of herbs and spices in a muslin sack which is perfect to use with red wine as a winter warmer.
Cinnamon, Dried Lemon Peel, Dried Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Allspice, Cloves.
Place muslin sack into a pan with one full bottle of red wine. Gently heat until just below boiling ....Do Not Boil. Add sugar to taste. Remove from heat and allow to infuse for approx. 10 minutes. Remove muslin sack and serve.
