We’ve selected the very best Picador Parsnips and teamed them with our favourite carrots and a handful of our crunchy cashews for a nutty treat. Our Picador Parsnips are harvested after the first frosts which turns the starch into sugar to give a distinctive slightly sweet flavour. We love these burgers with a peppery salad, perfect for a flavour-packed lunchtime or evening meal.

To GrillPre heat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place burgers under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.
To OvenPre heat oven to 200oC /Fan 180oC /Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place burgers onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
