Essential Organic Cous Cous (from wheat). Steamed, dried & cracked grains of durum wheat. Fry Cous Cous in oil for 2-3 mins, until coated; then boil 1 part Cous Cous to 2 parts water until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork, and serve.
